• Source, digitize, and repair voting precinct boundaries nationwide, and maintain the boundary datasets behind every map VoteHub publishes.
• Led the project that produced the first maximally complete precinct-level map of the 2024 presidential election.
• Wrote the parsers that pull precinct results out of county election PDFs across Dominion, ES&S, Hart, and other vendor systems.
• Built the crosswalking tool that matches those results to boundary files, flagging the cases automated matching cannot resolve for human review.
• Maintain the national dataset they feed: 12.3 million precinct-level results going back to 2016. Portions are licensed to commercial and media clients.
• Contribute to the data pipelines behind VoteHub’s live election-night reporting, which drives the precinct maps used in CBS News election night coverage.
• Write election analysis for publication, including “Just how different will the House look in 2026?” (November 2025).

• Researched and assembled precinct boundaries, crosswalked to results, for the Times’ “Extremely Detailed Map of the 2024 Election.”

• Build and verify the spatial data behind state-legislative forecasting. Draw poll samples from the L2 voter file, field the surveys, and process results as they arrive.

• Collected and analyzed 2024 precinct-level results supporting state-legislative analysis.

• Processed and validated high-volume survey data for an MBTA-contracted study of passenger travel behavior.

• Built donor prospect lists from FEC and Rhode Island Board of Elections data for congressional and state-party clients.
